Michael brought two wardrobes for our apartment. He used to use them in his apartment but now they needed a new home. They are actually great pieces of Pantel family history. It is estimated that they are about 100 years old and have been in the family for the last 30 years.
The rest of their visit consisted of a few Schaffhausen "must sees" on Saturday which included the market, the fortress and the Rheinfall.

I only managed to get a picture of this one because the other one is in the baby's room which at the moment is so full of things I couldn't get back far enough to fit the whole wardrobe in the viewfinder. :)

How cool that God provides furniture as well as beauty for your home!
I agree! We're really enjoying them. On April 4th our land lady will come and take her furniture. These wardrobes couldn't have come at a better time. :)

Really cool wardrobes! Is the baby's room finished?
No, the baby room is far from finished because everything with our furniture situation is so up in the air. Right now it is sort of the storage center for things we're setting aside for our land lady. BUT, the baby's things are all ready. We have a bassinet that we'll have in our room and all the other important things are taken care of. As much as I'd like to have everything just right, it will not happen but that's ok. Hope you guys are doing well!
