Time to fly!

Greetings to you! This is our last post from Europe for awhile. Jan received his visa on Monday morning and 10 minutes later we booked our tickets for MN. We leave tomorrow. One more full day here in Germany. It has been a very blessed time at Opa's. The girls have had a very unique chance to build a relationship with their Great Grandpa. :)

Our time here is a fitting end to this european chapter of our lives.

Thank you to our German family and friends who've helped make these last 7 weeks so special! We've enjoyed spending time with you and we will miss you greatly.

Hello to our next chapter in MN. The excitement is rising as we pack our suitcases and sort the last few items to give away. We've sent about 15 boxes with the German postal service. We came here in 2007 with 4 boxes and a violin and now we leave with 15 boxes, 3 suitcases, a violin, 2 car seats and 2 beautiful children.

Speaking of beautiful children... check out the cute outfit they tried on at a friend's house. Like I said earlier, we've had such a good time visiting family and friends. Last night we were at Jan's godson's house. Whenever we are there the time is filled with laughter.

Last week Lina visited the dentist for the first time. She had such a good time that she didn't want to leave! She got a prize and got to play in a great playroom that even had a slide!

She did a great job!

Oh yes, and before I forget again... I apologize for the frequent changes to the blog style and background. I can't help but experiment with all the cool choices. :)

So that's it from Germany. Please pray for our travels tomorrow. It will be so good to enjoy coffee with my family this Saturday morning!
